A dentist talking with a patient

For patients

Your first visit, step by step

Your first visit takes about 45 minutes. Bring any old X-rays and a list of the medicines you take, and come ten minutes early to fill in a short health questionnaire.

We start by listening: what bothers you, what you would like to change and what worries you about treatment.

How treatment works

1. Check-up

A full check of teeth, gums and bite.

2. X-ray

Digital or 3D, depending on what we need to see.

3. Plan and estimate

A written plan with every step, its price and the number of visits.

4. Treatment

At a pace that suits you, with check-ups afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring to my first visit?

Old X-rays if you have them, a list of the medicines you take and any medical findings that might matter, such as heart conditions or allergies.

I’m afraid of the dentist. What can I do?

Tell us at the start. We go slowly, explain each step before we do it and agree on a signal to stop. Many of our most loyal patients started out just like you.

Can I come during pregnancy?

Yes, and you should: check-ups and cleaning are safe and important during pregnancy. We postpone X-rays and non-urgent treatment, and choose anaesthetics that are safe for you and the baby.

How do I cancel or move an appointment?

Call us or send a message at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can offer the time to another patient.

Do you see emergencies?

Yes. We keep time free every day for pain, swelling and broken teeth. Call us in the morning and we will see you the same day.

Can I order products online and pick them up at my appointment?

Of course. Order in our online shop, choose pickup, and your order will be waiting for you at reception.

Ready for your first visit?

Send us a message and we will get back to you with a time that suits you.
