Orders placed on this website are requests: we confirm availability and the total by email or phone, and only then is the order final. There is no online payment.

You can pick up your order at reception during opening hours, or have it delivered by courier within Serbia and pay on delivery. Gift vouchers are picked up at reception.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened toothbrushes, brush heads and interdental brushes can’t be returned. If a product is faulty, contact us and we will replace it.
